What to do if the EWOB App crashes?
We have put a lot of effort in making EWOB work on the vast majority of mobile devices. Nevertheless, we cannot guarantee compatibility with all devices. We know that GPS functionality sometimes does not work on (especially older) devices.
If this is the case, the following procedure might help to make your EWOB app run correctly:
- Install (or update) EWOB.
- Completely shut down your mobile device. Sleep mode or standby mode is not enough.
- Restart your device.
- Open the EWOB app again.
Your chances are relatively high that it will now work on most smartphones and other mobile devices. However, it may be that your phone and the app are not compatible: in that case, please check the technical requirements.
