Quite vivid discussions took place on the first testbed day. The following pictures illustrate this. They show Tomas presenting the principle basics on forecasting severe convection as well as the work of the two groups on the severe weather situation of the last weekend.
It is great to see the 2016 ESSL testbed having such early success. Lively discussions are virtually guaranteed when Rich is involved! 🙂 Good luck to all the participants this year from a proud 2015 alumnus.
