The conference program in now available. Slight changes are possible in the schedule of the oral presentations in case of some unexpected contributions withdrawn.
The conference program is presented in its final version. The total number of registrations to the conference is 404, (107 requiring financial support). Accepted abstracts are: 218. The program includes 70 oral presentations, 144 poster presentations and 4 movies and pictures presentations.

Due to the large number of applicants requiring financial support, the scientific acceptation of the abstract DOES NOT imply the required financial support is granted. Those people applying for support will be contacted as soon as the final response on their application is available.

Specific information on the oral an poster presentations, how to prepare them, information for
the chairmen are reported here below.
Here below the guidelines for Authors of oral and poster contributions are listed. Please try to follow
them to reduce the solicitations to the technical support that will follow and manage the development of
the Conference. For further doubts or questions do not hesitate to contact the Conference organizers.
Oral presentations will last no more than 20 minutes . Authors might prepare
their presentations using either Microsoft PowerPoint, Adobe PDF or transparencies.
The Authors might use their own laptop, but this is discouraged. On the contrary, it is encouraged the upload of presentations on the computers of the Conference Room well before the corresponding session. Chairs of each session will have the task to invite Authors to upload their files on the computer devoted to the presentations located in the Conference Room.
If not explicitly declared by Authors, all the presentations will be collected and made available on the
Conference web site after the end of the Conference.
Posters should be in portrait orientation and should have the fixed dimensions of
A1 ISO 216 paper size (nearly 60 cm wide, 85 cm high).
Posters will not be orally presented but, if Authors would like, they can upload their poster in Adobe PDF
format on the computers of the Conference Room.
These uploaded posters will be inserted on the Conference web page
after the end of the Conference. PDF files size should be less than 1.5 MB.
At the end of the Conference, posters left exposed will not be returned back to the Authors. Corresponding Authors of the posters are encouraged to insert their picture as well as their mail and e-mail address into their poster to be easily recognized and contacted by potentially interested colleagues.
Authors are encouraged to bring at the Conference a few reduced size copies (A4 or letter paper size) of
their own poster to be left at the bottom of their exposition magnetic board location to increase the spread of
information and promotion of ideas.
