Panel size: width 105 cm (41 in), height 75 cm (29.5 in), landscape orientation. If someone prefers for any reason a portrait orientation (width 75 cm, height 105 cm), please inform us about that in advance by e-mail.
The panels are double-sided, which means that each presenter will have by default one side of the panel for her/his presentation. Should someone require a double space for her/his presentation (for serious reasons only), please contact us about that as soon as possible.
Surface of the panels resembles rough felt (or carpet), color dark grey. The presentations will be attached by pins.
Panels will be available for poster setup on Friday (August 23rd) late afternoon for the pre-ECSS workshop participants, on Sunday (August 25th) 17:00-19:00 and on Monday (August 26th) 08:00-09:30, during the conference registration hours.
All posters will remain displayed for the whole conference period. Presenters will introduce themselves briefly (about 1 min) just before their poster session.
Poster presenters will be asked to remove their posters after closure of the conference (Friday after lunch).
